Nice TOO3000 ERA FLOR Set

TOO3000 is a self-locking actuator after the gate is finished locked, it cannot be opened manually, eliminating the need to use it additional locks. In the event of a power failure for emergency release a Nice triangular key lock is used. By turning the key 90° clockwise by turning it clockwise, we release the lock and it is then possible to open it manually Gates. Turning the key counterclockwise additionally we block the drive.

The actuators are connected and controlled from the MC800 control panel, which is modern BLUEBUS exchange. Works both with photocells BLUEBUS (MOFB, EPMB, etc.) as well as with classic photocells relays (BF, FK, EPM, etc.). Relay photocells are connected to the AUX1 to AUX3 inputs (PHOTO, PHOTO1 and PHOTO2 logic). The center also has PHOTOTEST function.

CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY:

The housing provides IP54 protection. The strong body is made of die-cast aluminum and protected with an epoxy coating. I guarantee is high resistance to changing weather conditions occurring in our Polish climate. To prevent jamming due to corrosion foci piston rods in the drive are made of stainless steel.

The set includes handles and mounting screws. Assembly is not required welding.
