Nice Robus Kit 400
|
24 VDC sliding gate operator with control unit and integrated receiver,
magnetic limit switches, for gates weighing 400 kg. Thanks to advanced
technical parameters, opening even a heavy gate is quiet and smooth.
Robus 400 has an electronic control unit, a "SM" plug-in connector
for OXI or OXIBD type receivers and an integrated bidirectional receiver.
Making electrical connections to external devices is simplified by using the
"BLUEBUS" technology.
The BLUEBUS connector enables connection using just two wires between the
control unit and up to 7 pairs of photocells and control, safety and signaling
devices.
The control unit is prepared to connect various variants of I/O MLAE21,
MLAE22, MLAE44 expansion modules and thus obtain additional inputs and
outputs. Each additional input/output is as personalized as if it were
an input/output of the control unit.
The control unit has a BusT4 socket to which you can connect, via the IBT4N
interface, the "ProView" interface, allowing complete and rapid
management of the installation, maintenance and diagnostics phases of the
entire automation, using a wireless connection and the My-Nice Pro application.
Once turned on, ProView automatically creates a WiFi network to which you can
connect.
Thanks to Pro-View or Bidi-WiFi and the MyNice Pro application, the
installation of Nice Gate&Door systems is even easier and more convenient, and
this gives us the possibility of programming using the application.
ROBUS600 is adapted to WiFi connection, which is available in two ways:
- BiDi-Wifi interface supplied on request as an additional accessory
- Proview interface (only for MyNice Pro application), supplied on request
as an additional accessory
Light signals are located both on the actuator control unit and
its housing.
- on the control unit there is a set of diodes, each of which can emit
specific signals, both during normal operation and in the event of a
fault
- the engine status light on the housing consists of 2 colours (red and
green) and is intended to signal any faults
Convenience:
- wicket function, i.e. partial opening of the gate - thanks to it, when
you are walking or riding a bike, you do not have to wait for the gate to
open completely
- automatic gate closing function - with the option of setting the time
after which the gate will close after a vehicle enters, so you do not have to
remember to close the gate yourself
Safety:
- self-locking drive, which means that the gate locks mechanically after
the engine stops. Thanks to this, there is no need for additional mechanical
locking of the gate using a lock, nor is it possible to open it manually
- amperometric obstacle detection system - used to detect any obstacles
that may occur during normal gate movement. Thanks to this function, when it
encounters an obstacle, the actuator stops the gate and changes the direction
of its movement
- phototest function – before each gate movement, the control unit
automatically checks whether the photocells are functional and when
everything works properly, the gate is set in motion
- auto programming function, thanks to which the actuator automatically
remembers the gate's end positions during programming, i.e. remembers how
much the gate can open at each movement
Highest functionality and technology:
- force, operating mode, speed can be adjusted on 8 levels
- when not in use, it goes into "sleep" mode, significantly
reducing energy consumption
- smooth release function during closing and soft start – consists in
reducing the speed so as to avoid a strong jerk when opening or closing the
gate. Thanks to this, the gate operates smoothly and does not make noise
during operation
- possibility of connecting a battery, thanks to which the device will open
the gate even in the event of a power failure
The choice of materials, the design of internal components and the use of
high-quality systems guarantee solidity and maximum efficiency.
