CAME ZLX24MA Control panel for a 2-leaf gate

ZLX24MA is multifunctional control unit, powered by 230 V AC for cooperation with any 24V wing actuators. It is equipped with a 7-segment display and device self-diagnostics protection, Adaptive Speed & Torque Technology, CXN BUS, 2 security inputs and memory for up to 250 users.

The technology used allows the use of low voltage (24 V DC). control actuators and connected accessories.
The control panel has a BUS input supporting the CAME CXN BUS technology allowing bus connection of control accessories and security measures.

FEATURES:

• Adaptive speed and force technology - ZLX24 control panel constantly controls acceleration, deceleration and current draw to maintain strength and speed always at the set level and in all weather conditions
• Universal - the control unit works with all actuators CAME for 24V. It will be suitable for both AXI and ATS linear actuators, ATI, AXO as well as for drives with a folding arm of the FAST or FERNI series
• Virtual encoder - thanks to advanced ZLX24 solutions, it provides electronic torque management and sensing capabilities obstacles also for older generation actuators (without encoder)
• Backward compatibility - spacing of mounting holes, identical as in previous CAME control panels, it allows for convenient replacement with a new one ZLX24 control panel without drilling new holes
• Variety of connections - ZLX24 control panels support equipment with standard accessories (control and protection on NO/NC contacts), 2-wire CXB BUS technology and wireless RIO SYSTEM. CXN technology BUS also allows you to get feedback from each accessory thanks to the automatic configuration function
• Comfort of the installer's work - the ZLX24 control panels feature a number of features well-thought-out solutions designed to facilitate the installer's work, including: convenient tiltable/removable main board, space for additional equipment directly behind the board, possibility of installing the housing on a DIN rail, embossing for cable routing under the casing
