CAME 803XA-0330 Movable arm support


The 803XA-0330 is a movable support for the GT4 and GT8 barrier arm. It performs a function shock absorption when stopping the arm and thus prolongs lifetime of the unit.

The use of a support is required for arms with a length of 4 m and more a even advisable for short barriers.
It supports the barrier arm at the opposite end to prevent:
  • vertical bending of the arm after completion of the closing movement (braking)
  • vertical bending of the arm by people avoiding the closed passage
  • horizontal bending of the closed boom due to gusts of wind or human action
