GT4 electromechanical barrier with built-in encoder is perfect for work with high loads. It is irreplaceable on crossings where long and trouble-free operation is necessary. Tested for intensive use up to 350 cycles per hour and MCBF at the level of 3 million cycles.
The assembly of the barrier does not require any special preparations. It has a technological prepared openings in the housing for the installation of photocells and accessories directly on the barrier structure. A very large number additional accessories allow the GARD barrier to be uniquely adapted to specific installation location.

The GT4 has a built-in control unit located directly under the cover housing. Thanks to this, all stages of setup and maintenance can be left carried out in a comfortable standing position, with the housing closed.
The control panel includes:

Practical 7-segment display and control buttons allow to navigate through the entire menu and configure the barrier in a few simple steps.

ADVANCED SPEED CONTROL
Modern technology in combination with a 24V DC motor with an ENCODER allows precise management of opening and closing speeds. Thanks this the innovative function, the movement is smooth both during opening and closure without any vibrations that could adversely affect the service life mechanical system.
The control unit analyzes the forces acting on the arm in real time and adjusts it speed based on the measured parameters, which allows the behavior long-term resistance and reliability in all weather conditions.
