Somfy Elixo 2000 230V RTS Standard Pack

ELIXO 200 230 RTS Standard Pack is a set of ready to automate heavy gates, adapted to intensive use. The gearbox is in oil bath which minimizes the wear of the elements as they are constantly lubricated and perfectly cooled. The drive can run permanently (was tested for 180 000 cycles with a gate length of 10 m and 2000 kg).

Elixo 2000 can work in 4 modes:

Operation in mode sequential with auto close delay:

• when the gate is open, the gate closes automatically after programmed delay time
• while moving, pressing a button on the remote control interrupts it the ongoing travel cycle, after which the gate closes automatically after the programmed delay time

Operation in semi-automatic mode:

• one press of the remote control button during opening causes the stop gates
• one press of the remote control button during closing causes it to restart opening

Running in automatic mode
In automatic mode, the end position of the gate will always be the position closed

• the gate closes automatically after the programmed expiry delay time
• pressing the remote control button while opening is not taken into account
• one press of the remote control button during closing causes it to restart opening
• if during the time delay in the photocell detection zone there is an obstacle, the delay period will start again after exposure of the photocells

Operation in automatic mode + photocells blocking
During and after opening the gate, passage / passage in front of the photocells (closing safety device) causes the gate to close after a short delay time (continuous 3 s). If there was no crossing / passage in front of the photocells place, the gate closes automatically after the programmed expiry time delay.

The drive is equipped with deceleration functions in the approach and soft zone detention. These functions and the drive torque are automatically set during self-learning. This is to secure the gate and increase it device performance.
