The device enables immediate detection of fire symptoms. Detection of smoke triggers sound and light alarms.
SDA–250 operates autonomously, in accordance with the guidelines of the EN 14604 standard.

The detector is equipped with a photoelectric visible smoke sensor placed in a special measuring chamber, the unique design of which ensures high sensitivity. The precise Hexamesh stainless steel filter protects against parts of dirt and small insects from getting inside.
The alarm is signaled acoustically and optically. In addition, the detector monitors the condition of the optical chamber - if it is dusty, the LED diode signals the need for maintenance.

SDA–250 is characterized by low energy consumption. The model is powered by a CR123A 3 V battery, the status of which is monitored - a voltage drop below a specified level is signalled optically and acoustically.
