Roger OSR88M-IO Proximity Reader
OSR88M-IO is an identification
terminal designed to work with an access controller supporting the OSDP v2.2
protocol.
The device is equipped with a color graphic display, a touch keyboard with 4
programmable function keys and a proximity reader. Users can be identified at
the terminal using PIN codes, proximity cards or mobile devices equipped with
NFC/BLE technology. Due to the presence of a display and function keys, the
device is often used for recording work time and controlling building
automation.
The front of the reader is made of glass, making it highly scratch-resistant
and aesthetically pleasing. The stylistically neutral design of the reader
makes it fit well into both classic and modern interiors.
The terminal requires a DC power supply in the range of 11-15V. This voltage
can be supplied from MCX2D/MCX4D expander of the MC16-PAC-KIT set, MC16 access
controller (TML power output) or from a separate power supply.
Communication between the terminal and the access controller is carried
out using the OSDP protocol on the bus RS485. The device can be connected
directly to access controllers supporting this bus. However, in the case of the
MC16 controller, it is additionally necessary to use the MCI-3-intermediate
interface LCD.
FEATURES:

The built-in anti-sabotage sensor (Tamper) enables detection of the
opening of the terminal housing as well detaching it from the ground. The
sensor is permanently connected to the input line of the terminal.
