NICE RUN2500I MYGO set for sliding gates up to 2500kg

The Nice RUN 2500I actuator is one of the strongest drives, a strong start will move a gate weighing up to 2.5t. Adapted to intensive work of up to 670 cycles per day thanks to integrated cooling. The built-in temperature sensor controls the cooling and adjusts the actuator power to atmospheric conditions, also correcting the overload threshold. These elements mean that even on a hot, hot day the actuator working in full sun will not be damaged.

The built-in inverter allows the three-phase motor (3x400V) to be powered and started with a single-phase 230V voltage. The advantage of this solution is the ability to change the gate travel speed within 3.6-15m/min by changing the frequency of the voltage supplying the motor. Additionally, the inverter optimizes the workload, which makes it possible to increase the intensity of the actuator's work.

SAFETY

High drive power is combined with safety. The amperometric obstacle detection system is able to detect obstacles, stop and reverse the operation of the actuator. Soft start and slowdown when closing ensure that, despite working with heavy gates, the movement is smooth and without sudden jerks. Like all Nice RUN drives, it is a self-locking drive, after the manoeuvre is completed, the drive locks and there is no possibility of manually opening the gate. (no need for additional locking of the gate)

Two-way radio receiver OXIBD for mounting directly in the drive unit.
The receiver can memorize up to 750 bidirectional transmitters or 1024 unidirectional ones.
The bidirectional radio protocol has many advantages (function available only with ON3EBD remote controls):
  • extension of radio range up to 500 m (max. 10 jumps)
  • confirmation by automation of correct command reception
  • possibility to check the automation status at any time
  • high security thanks to encrypted communication
  • low power consumption in standby mode
The MYGO2 remote control provides radio control with a dynamically variable code, with a frequency of 433.92 MHz, which provides a high level of use safety and makes the code impossible to copy.
MYGO2 has a secret code called "SWITCHING CODE". By transferring this code from a memorized transmitter to a new transmitter, the latter is recognized (and remembered) automatically by the receiver.
The MYGO2 transmitter can be programmed using the ProView device. The remote control is configured by default in one-way mode with radio coding "O-Code".
