ROBUS is one of the most frequently chosen drives. Users praise it for
its reliability, functionality and high work culture, and installers appreciate
it for its ease of installation and programming.
The most important advantages of the drive and the set
include:
- BLUEBUS technology, i.e. all accessories connected with
a 2-wire cable and the control unit recognizes and configures the peripherals
during the first start-up
- speed and gentleness - the gate travel speed can be
adjusted at several levels, soft start when opening and slowing down when
closing, movement takes place without sudden jerks
- safety - amperometric obstacle detection system, support
for several photocell lines, possibility of cooperation with a protective
(resistive) strip
- energy saving and emergency power supply - in the idle
state, the control unit limits energy consumption by switching to the
''Stand by' mode using the optional Nice PS124 emergency battery
we will avoid the situation of the gate being immobilized during power
outages
- many practical solutions and functions such as partial
opening (gate function), removable plugs for connections, self-diagnosis,
signaling the need for maintenance after performing a programmed number of
cycles.
Bidirectional radio receiver OXIBD for installation
directly in the drive control unit.
The receiver can memorize up to 750 bidirectional transmitters or 1024
unidirectional transmitters.
The bidirectional radio protocol has many advantages
(function
available only with ON3EBD remote controls):
- extension of radio range to 500 m (max. 10 jumps)
- confirmation by automation of correct command reception
- possibility to check the automation status at any time
- high security thanks to encrypted communication
- low energy consumption in standby mode
The MYGO2 remote control provides radio control with a
dynamically changing code, with a frequency of 433.92 MHz, which provides a
high level of use safety and makes the code impossible to copy.
MYGO2 has a secret code, the so-called "SWITCHING CODE". By
transferring this code from a memorized transmitter to a new transmitter, the
latter is recognized (and remembered) automatically by the receiver.
The MYGO2 transmitter can be programmed using the ProView device. The remote
control is configured by default in one-way mode with radio coding
"O-Code".
The modern Nice RBA3R10 control unit with BLUEBUS technology
is distinguished by its multitude of functions and easy programming process.
After connecting the power supply and starting the recognition procedures, the
following occurs:
- automatic recognition of devices connected to the BLUEBUS output
- automatic recognition of the device type STOP NO, NC, 8.2kOhm resistive
strip
- automatic determination of the gate length and calculation of the release
and partial opening points
Access to the control unit functions is via 3 buttons. The operation of
individual functions is signaled by 8 LEDs. Another easier installation is the
removable connection plugs. All these facilities make the installation and
connection process simple and transparent.
To program functions and read the list of errors, faults, the installer can
use the Oview programmer, which is connected to the control panel via the
IBT4N interface.
RBA3R10 Contrlo panel:
Model R10 has been adapted to strict standards in the
field of automatic gate safety introduced by the European Union. Another
change is the change of all descriptions of inputs / outputs of the control
panel to English:
- the P.P. (step by step) input is now marked 'SbS''(Step by
Step)
- the former 'SCA'' (gate status indicator) has been marked
''OGI''Open Gate Indicator
An additional EO input has appeared that can be programmed.
Behind the control unit there is
a place for the Nice PS124 emergency
battery, which is connected directly to the control unit. It
guarantees continuous operation of the actuator in the event of a power outage.
Nice ROBUS blocks the gate after work, preventing it from being opened
manually. In the event of a power failure from the mains, the drive can be
unlocked using a practical
drive unlocking mechanism, which
allows emergency disengagement of the actuator and manual opening of the gate.
The patent key releases the aluminium lever.
