The point heat detector is designed to detect rapid temperature increases or exceeding temperature limits resulting from a developing fire.
It is designed to work with CSP-104, CSP-108, CSP-204, and CSP-208 fire alarm control panels.

The thermal sensor operates in accordance with Class A1R requirements (EN 54-5). The sensor will sound an alarm when a specific temperature threshold (54°C – 65°C) is exceeded or when the temperature rises too rapidly.
The alarm is signaled by a continuously lit red LED, making it easier to locate the detector that triggered the alarm. If the sensor is mounted in a difficult-to-access location and the LED is not visible, an indicator can be connected to the sensor and mounted in a visible location.
