Roger MCT86M-IO-CH-HR Proximity Reader MIFARE
MCT86M-IO-CH-HR is a RACS
5 system terminal intended for use in hotel facilities.
The main function of the terminal is to block the electricity supply when the
hotel guest is absent from the room and to control hotel signals: Luggage,
Clean Up, Buffet, Do Not Disturb.
The terminal is equipped with a pocket for a proximity card. The
controller's reaction to inserting and removing the card is configurable
and may depend on the authorizations assigned to it. Hotel signals are
controlled using touch function keys, and their current status is presented on
the terminal's LED indicators, in the system management software and on the
room entry reader (MCT82M-IO-HR).
The MCT86M-IO-CH-HR terminal provides a set of programmable I/O lines,
including one relay output. Typically, these lines are used to control the
room's electrical power, air conditioning, lighting and to connect various
types of buttons, switches and sensors.
The terminal supports encrypted MIFARE card sectors, which protects the system
against the use of foreign cards and duplication of original cards. The
terminal requires connection to an access controller that controls the
system's operating logic. The connection to the controller is made via the
addressable RS485 bus.
