Infrared barriers are advanced sensors for perimeter protection. Down intruder detections use infrared beams sent between transmitter and receiver.

They are made with the utmost care and built of the highest materials quality. High-class optics reduces the possibility of false positives alarms caused by accidentally breaking beams by falling leaves or other items blown in the wind.
In OPTEX SmartLine devices, an intruder must interrupt 4 beams to trigger an alarm.

4 user selectable sync channels allow mounting vertical barriers, e.g. in columns. For this purpose, the SL-200QDP-BT does not have an on housing equipment.
