APPLICATION:
The 24V motor version is designed for intensive use. The number of cycles the
actuator can perform per hour is up to 95. TOONA actuators are distinguished by
greater power and a reinforced construction to handle heavier and longer gate
leaves.
TOONA 4024 is especially recommended for gates with the following parameters:
- leaf length 3m
- weight 300kg
- required number of cycles up to 95 per hour
TOONA is designed for wide brick posts.
The hinge should not be
positioned more than 15cm on the post. (dimension C in the drawing
below)

Current third-generation actuators are characterized by the high-quality
materials used. The robust housing, consisting of two aluminum covers, is
protected by a polyester paint. The internal components are made of steel,
light alloys, and technopolymers.
The actuator is resistant to adverse weather conditions.

NICE MC824H CONTROL UNIT
The heart of the system is the proven and reliable MC824H control unit with the
latest specifications provided by the manufacturer for a given quarter
(firmware-optimized version), while maintaining identical connection diagrams,
electrical parameters, and full functionality of the BlueBUS system and support
for Yubii devices.
It offers a number of useful functions:
- Controls the operation of two 24V motors with encoders.
- Manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation.
- Built-in radio plus additional SM connector.
- IBT4N interface for connecting BusT4 devices.
- BLUEBUS technology.
- Automatic programming. During initial programming, the control unit
automatically determines and stores the gate's end positions.
- Soft start and slowdown when closing.
- Adjustable motor speed.
- Partial gate opening function.
- Option to connect a PS124 battery, allowing the gate to open even in the
event of a power outage.
- Possibility of connecting to a solar power system "Solemyo"

An aluminum lever is used for emergency release of the drive. Brackets for
mounting the actuator to the post and to the gate leaf are included with the
actuator. The brackets require welding.
