TCB, 8.2 kΩ resistive sensitive edge significantly increases the safety of automatic gates. Edge diminishes the potential impact. The pressure causes the short circuit, which in turn produces adequate response in automation systems to reverse the movement of the gate.

TCA profile allows mounting TCB edge in a necessary place; should be attached using the 4mm rivets or 3.5mm screws with countersunk (doing the appropriate slot in the aluminium profile). Place mounts at both ends of the profile and every 30 cm.

Edge installation:

To insert installed TCB into the aluminum profile, start from one end. Good to moisten the two parts with soap and water to make it easier. Do not use oil to lubricate because it doesn't dry, and over time could lead to eject the edge. Do not pull the edges in order to move it, as this may cause damage to the conductive elements.
