24 VDC sliding gate operator with control unit and integrated receiver, magnetic limit switches, for gates weighing 600kg. Thanks to advanced technical parameters, even heavy gates open quietly and smoothly.

The Robus 600 features an upgraded control board that complies with European energy efficiency standards (EPD). Thanks to the advanced Stand-by mode, the device's power consumption is drastically reduced when idle.

Main differences compared to older versions of the MCU1 control unit:

• Main difference – Implementation of Solemyo and Opera technologies
• Standby mode – The MCU1R30 has significantly lower power consumption in standby mode, which is important when powering the system with a solar panel.
• Smoothness – The software in this version handles motor braking and acceleration better, extending the life of the drive's mechanical parts.
• Backward compatibility – The MCU1R30 fully replaces the older MCU1 and SPMCU1 versions.

Electrical connections to external devices are simplified through the use of "BLUEBUS" technology.
The BLUEBUS connector enables connection using just two wires between the control unit and up to 7 pairs of photocells and control, safety, and signaling devices.

With Pro-View or Bidi-WiFi and the MyNice Pro app, installing Nice Gate&Door systems is even easier and more convenient, allowing for programming via the app.
ROBUS600 is compatible with WiFi, which is available in two ways:

• BiDi-WiFi interface available upon request as an accessory
• Proview interface (only for the MyNice Pro app), available upon request as an accessory

Light signals are located on both the motor control unit and its housing.

• The control unit has a set of LEDs, each of which can emit specific signals, both during normal operation and in the event of a fault.
• The motor status light on the housing consists of two colors (red and green) and is intended to signal any faults.

Convenience:

• Pedestrian function, i.e., partial opening of the gate – thanks to this, when you are on foot or If you're riding a bike, you don't have to wait for the gate to fully open.
• Automatic gate closing function - with the ability to set the time after which the gate closes after a vehicle enters, so you don't have to remember to close the gate yourself.
• Self-locking drive, which means the gate locks mechanically after the motor stops. This eliminates the need for additional mechanical locking of the gate using a lock, and it is not possible to open it manually.
• Amperometric obstacle detection system - used to detect any obstacles that may occur during normal gate movement. Thanks to this function, when it encounters an obstacle, the motor stops the gate and reverses its movement.
• Phototest function – before each gate movement, the control unit automatically checks whether the photocells are operational and, if everything is working properly, the gate starts moving.
• Auto-programming function – thanks to this, the motor automatically remembers the gate's end positions during programming, meaning it remembers the maximum gate opening position for each movement.

Highest functionality and technology:

• Force, operating mode, and speed can be adjusted to 8 levels.
• When not in use, it goes into "sleep" mode, significantly reducing energy consumption.
• Smooth release during closing and soft start function – reduces the speed to avoid a strong jerk when the gate opens or closes. This ensures smooth operation of the gate and reduces noise during operation.
• The ability to connect a battery allows the device to open the gate even in the event of a power outage (due to the modified architecture of the power supply section, connecting the optional PS124 emergency battery to the R30 version requires the use of a dedicated Nice CABLA11 cable).

The choice of materials, the design of internal components, and the use of high-quality systems guarantee durability and maximum performance. 90% of the materials used in the drive are recycled.
