Nice M5BAR R30 Kit with oval boom for 5m, passage width 486cm
The kit includes:
Nice M5BARR30 set with oval arm up to 5m
NICE M5BAR MAIN UNIT FOR BOOM UP TO 5m
As an access control element, this electromechanical barrier is ideal for
secured parking lots, universities, government offices, residential complexes,
and industrial facilities. The robust construction of NICE barriers makes them
suitable for intensive use, guaranteeing up to one million cycles. The modular
boom design and a wide range of accessories allow the NICE barrier to be
uniquely tailored to the specific installation site.
SPECIFICATIONS
- max. boom length: 5m
- duty cycle: 100 cycles/h
- minimum opening time: 4s
Nice M5BAR main unit with a 5m boom. The 24V motor with encoder delivers
110W of power and 200Nm of torque.
The built-in BCU1 control
unit featuring Bluebus technology does not come with factory-installed
loop detectors. A set of DIP switches (factory-configured) is located in the
radio receiver slot; these adjust the control unit's operating
characteristics to match the specific barrier model in which it is installed.
DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF NICE BARRIERS
DURABILITY AND RELIABILITY
Steel construction, robust balancing springs, and elliptical-profile arms
resistant to strong winds.
HIGH VISIBILITY
With its distinctive
orange
color, optional LED lighting in the unit housing, optional LED
warning lights on the arm, support for traffic lights, and the option to apply
warning decals, a NICE barrier is impossible to overlook.
SAFETY
Photocells can be mounted on the control unit housing using special optional
brackets to protect the area directly beneath the moving barrier arm. During
operation, the control unit monitors the motor's current draw; if an
obstacle is detected, it instantly halts movement and executes a programmed
response (e.g., reversal, brief reversal, or stop). Optional The boom can be
fitted with red rubber protective strips or a resistive safety edge (8.2 kΩ).
ENERGY-EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS READY FOR OPERATION – POWER SUPPLY
The drive is powered by 230 V as standard. The optional SOLEMYO system can also
be used. An additional PS224 battery provides backup power during outages,
ensuring the barrier "always operates." When idle, the control unit
minimizes energy consumption by switching to "Standby" mode.
SOPHISTICATED DESIGN, PROGRAMMING, AND SERVICING
Separate housing compartments for the electronics and mechanical components
significantly simplify drive maintenance. The control unit is located in the
upper section of the barrier, providing the installer with easy access to
settings and connectors.
A self-diagnosis function detects operational irregularities and indicates the
error type via flashing light signals.
