The HK7024HS motor set with a built-in BLUEBUS control unit and the
HK7224HS (without the control unit) are the perfect solution for automating
your driveway gate up to 6 meters. Designed for installation on wide brick or
clinker posts, it combines powerful power with unmatched speed. Easy
installation and adjustable arm length. The motor is ideal for intensive use;
opening the gate to 90° can take up to 10 seconds.
FEATURES:
- Instant opening: Thanks to its advanced design, the kit
opens the leaf to a 90° angle in just about 10 seconds.
- A solution for thick posts: Sturdy, articulated arms
eliminate the need for deep cutouts in the posts. Ideal for applications
where the distance from the hinge to the post edge is up to 40 cm.
- BlueBUS technology: The control unit communicates with
accessories (e.g., photocells) via a two-wire cable. This greatly simplifies
installation and reduces the risk of wiring errors.
- Complete safety and self-locking: Both actuators are
self-locking, meaning the gate is mechanically locked when the motor stops.
No need to install additional bottom locks. An amperometric system also
ensures safety, detecting obstacles and protecting against crushing.
- Latest generation electronics: The control unit built
into the HK7024HS actuator is the latest factory revision. It guarantees
stable operation, native support for Smart Home systems (Yubii), and a direct
connection for the IBT4N interface (no additional adapters required).
The HK7024HS motor has an integrated electronics board that controls the
operation of both gate wings. It is equipped with a multi-system radio receiver
that works flawlessly with Nice remote controls (Flor, One, Smilo, Inti, BiDi).
The control unit automatically memorizes the gate's end positions during
the first programming cycle (auto-programming function). Integrated mechanical
end stops for opening and closing eliminate the need to mount bumpers in the
floor.
OXIBD bidirectional radio receiver for mounting
directly in the drive control unit.
The receiver can memorize up to 750
bidirectional transmitters or 1024 unidirectional transmitters.
The bidirectional radio protocol offers many advantages
(function
available only with ON3EBD remote controls):
- Extended radio range up to 500 m (max. 10 jumps)
- Confirmation of correct command reception by the automation
- Ability to check the automation status at any time
- High security thanks to encrypted communication
- Low power consumption in standby mode
compatible with
other Nice remotes, such as One and Flo-R, but is not compatible with the Smilo
system. This practical and elegant remote control can be hung as a keychain or
mounted on the car dashboard using the included holder. An LED on the remote
control indicates signal transmission. Transmission security is ensured by a
72-bit dynamically changing code; each transmission is unique. Only the control
unit into which the transmitter has been programmed knows what code will be
transmitted.
A weak or absent LED signal indicates the need to replace the batteries.
EPMB photocells, for outdoor installation, combine excellent
technical parameters and exquisite design. The operating range of the devices
is up to 30 m.
They are equipped with modern BlueBus technology, thanks to which connection to
the control unit is made using a 2-wire cable, which significantly simplifies
installation and significantly reduces installation time.
The photocell housing protects against dust and rain, allowing them to be
installed outdoors and operate in the temperature range of -20°C...+50°C.
