Easy to use and at the same time very functional gate operator garage. A tensile force of 1200 N is sufficient to handle the gate tilted with an area of up to 14 m² and a sectional door with an area up to 23 m².
The rotating lid gives the user easy access to the control center the actuator on the rail provides us with metric screws.
For transmitting the drive, a reinforced toothed belt is used, thanks to which work the drive is quiet and there is no need for maintenance.
An innovative manual release system makes it possible to unhitch the door a drive trolley or through an external unlocking system. Thanks to the possibilities installation of emergency BAT 12K batteries, the drive can work effectively even when there is no power supply. We can then open and close manually gate without having to re-release, and after closing the gate in mode manually, we can open it in automatic mode.

ROLLS 1200 has a built-in STAR GDO100 control unit, whose operation is easy and intuitive - has a plastic cover equipped with 3 programming buttons.
