PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Easy-to-use and highly functional garage door operator. A pulling force of 1200 N is sufficient for operating a tilt-and-turn door up to 14 m² and a sectional door up to 23 m².
The rotating cover gives the user easy access to the control unit. Metric screws ensure the operator's rail mounting.
The drive is transmitted via a durable, reinforced toothed belt, making the drive quiet and maintenance-free.
The innovative manual release system allows the gate to be released on the drive carriage or via an external unlocking system. Thanks to the option of installing BAT 12K emergency batteries, the drive can operate effectively even when there is no mains power. The gate can then be manually opened and closed without having to re-release it, and after closing the gate manually, it can be opened automatically.

The ROLLS 1200 has a built-in STAR GDO100 control unit, which is easy and intuitive to use – it has a plastic cover equipped with three programming buttons.
