Elmes TX-RS2 Transmitter controlled by serial port

The TX-RS2 transmitter is used to control any Elmes rolling code receivers in the 434 MHz radio band. It is triggered by commands received on the serial port.
The transmitter has 30 control channels, and within each channel it can send 8 different codes. This is the equivalent of 30 8-button remote controls. The transmitter can be connected directly to a Raspberry computer with an installed smart home system, e.g. "OpenHab" or "HomeAssistant", and thus integrate production receivers with this system.
TX-RS2 can also be connected to any computer with a serial output, as well as to devices that do not have such an interface but have a USB connector. In the latter case, the connection is made using a special adapter that converts the USB transmission into a serial port transmission. The condition is that the voltage levels on such a connector are in the range of 0..3.3V. The transmitter must also be powered at 3.3V.
