Elmes GBX1 Window glass break wireless detector

Elmes GBX1 detector continuously analyzes all sounds occurring in the room. If you detect sound vibrations of a specified amplitude-frequency (sound of broken glass window), the detection and send an alarm signal. Due to the different characteristics of the sound detector does not respond to disrupt or foiled laminated glass.

The detector is powered by a 9V battery and has a very low power consumption which allows a minimum of 3 years of work without having to replace batteries. Battery voltage drop below 7 V is indicated by a flashing LED on the receiver. In addition, information about the battery status is sent with each transmission controls.

Wireless communication takes place in the band 433.92 MHz using rolling code KEELOQ technology ensures the highest protection of the radio signal. The transmitter has a built-in antenna with a range up to 100m in open area.

INSTALLATION
During the installation should pay attention not to install the transmitter in place of a weak radio signal or in a place where he could be suppressed or distorted. Top mounted to the height of about 2-3m above the floor level as possible in front of windows or sites to be protected. Inside the detector is a potentiometer with which we can increase or decrease the sensitivity. This is important when setting up and testing the detector to minimize the cause of false alarms.
