CAME ZL22 Control unit for the UNIPARK firewall

The ZL 22 control panel is designed to control 24 V dams DC UNIPARK series.
It is powered by 230 V AC frequency 50-60 Hz, fed to terminals L1-L2, protected by a 5A fuse.

The housing is made of ABS plastic, with holes enabling air circulation with protection class IP54.

The control panel is equipped with the following elements:

  • Amperometric, electronic limit switches in open and closed positions.
  • Smooth adjustment of amperometric sensitivity (SENS trimmer)
  • Prepared connection socket for the internal radio receiver for remote control
  • Possibility to control up to 4 Unipark dams. By default, the control panel supports one Unipark firewall, connecting a larger number of UNIPARKs requires installing an LM22 card for each of them
Amperometric sensitivity adjustment
TRIMER SENS is an adjustment of the sensor sensitivity amperometric. It adjusts its sensitivity by controlling the drive force UNIPARK during closing and opening. If the set value is exceeded, the sensor responds by stopping the actuator during the phase closing and opening.
