The AJAX Superior HomeSiren Fibra wired indoor siren is a component of an alarm
system – a siren – designed for indoor installation.
The device is equipped with a piezoelectric sounder with an adjustable volume
from 81 to 105 dB and an LED frame for visually signaling alarms and
notifications. The siren communicates with the control panel using the secure,
encrypted Fibra protocol, which provides protection against sabotage and data
loss.
The siren features tamper detection and can be remotely configured and
controlled via the Ajax app. This makes it an effective security element that
quickly and clearly warns of threats while simultaneously providing information
on the alarm system's status.
Fibra Technology
Fibra is a proprietary, two-way wired protocol
developed by Ajax Systems that ensures fast, secure, and reliable communication
between the system control panel and wired devices.
Devices are connected using a standard four-wire cable, allowing for a stable
connection even at distances of up to 2000 meters.
Fibra combines the advantages of the wireless Jeweller protocol with the
reliability of wired data transmission. Thanks to advanced encryption and
device authentication, the system is resistant to sabotage, spoofing, and data
theft attempts.
The protocol uses the TDMA method, which optimizes communication time and
minimizes power consumption, which is especially important for battery-powered
or wired devices.
Operation Principle
This device emits a sound of up to 105 dB, loud
enough to deter intruders and alert an entire building, even a large industrial
facility.
The siren can also indicate exit/entry delays and notify users of alarms from
any sensor in the system.
