AJAX DoorProtect Plus Fibra is a device designed to detect intrusions and
attempted break-ins, offering comprehensive protection for doors, windows,
skylights, and safes.
Equipped with two magnetic reed switches, the sensor is protected against
vibrations during operation. Furthermore, the device is equipped with a
built-in accelerometer that detects shocks and tilts, thus increasing
protection against break-in attempts, such as breaking down or tilting the
door.
All in line with AJAX's professional approach, ensuring quick and easy
installation.

Fibra Technology
Fibra is a proprietary, bidirectional wired protocol
developed by Ajax Systems that ensures fast, secure, and reliable communication
between the system control panel and wired devices.
Devices are connected using a standard four-wire cable, allowing for a stable
connection even at distances of up to 2000 meters.
Fibra combines the advantages of the wireless Jeweller protocol with the
reliability of wired data transmission.
Thanks to the use of advanced encryption and device authentication, the system
is resistant to sabotage, spoofing, and data theft attempts.
The protocol uses the TDMA method, which optimizes communication time and
minimizes power consumption, which is especially important for battery-powered
or wired devices.
Operation Principle
Two reed switches, serving as magnetic sensors, are
protected against vibrations during operation.
Two magnet sizes provide more mounting options.
The device also detects shocks and tilts using a built-in accelerometer,
protecting the object even when the windows are in ventilation mode.
Functions
The device consists of two modules – a sensor and a magnet.
The set includes two magnets: the large magnet is mounted up to 2 cm away, and
the small magnet up to 1 cm away.
In addition, the sensor is equipped with an accelerometer that detects shocks
and tilts within a range of 5° ~ 25°.
Intuitive configuration and installation
The sensor is ready to operate
immediately after connecting the wires to the control unit. Configuration is
quick and easy using the mobile app, which allows you to add the device with a
single click.
The device is mounted directly by screwing the sensor's rear panel to a
selected surface, such as a door or window frame. Before installation, remove
the rear panel and break out the perforated section of the housing to access
the connection wires. After connecting the wires, the rear panel is permanently
mounted using the included screws.
