break-ins, offering comprehensive protection for doors, windows, skylights, and
safes. Equipped with two magnetic reed switches, the sensor is protected
against vibration during operation. Two magnets of different sizes provide more
mounting options.

installation.

Fibra Technology
Fibra is a proprietary, two-way wired protocol
developed by Ajax Systems, which ensures fast, secure, and reliable
communication between the system control panel and wired devices.
Devices are connected via a standard four-wire cable, allowing for a stable
connection even at distances of up to 2000 meters.
Fibra combines the advantages of the wireless Jeweller protocol with the
reliability of wired data transmission. Thanks to advanced encryption and
device authentication, the system is resistant to sabotage, spoofing, and data
theft attempts.
The protocol uses the TDMA method, which optimizes communication time and
minimizes power consumption, which is especially important for battery-powered
or wired devices.
Principle of operation
The device detects the opening of doors or
windows using a high-quality magnetic reed switch.
It communicates with the security system using wired Fiber technology, ensuring
fast and reliable data transmission thanks to two-way communication.

The device consists of two modules – a sensor and a magnet.
The set includes two magnets: the large magnet mounts up to 2 cm away, and the
small magnet up to 1 cm away.

The sensor can be connected to the control panel with a single click in the
mobile app.
The Superior DoorProtect Fibra mounts directly to a surface using the
housing's rear panel, which serves as a mounting platform.
Installation is performed by screwing this rear panel to the selected surface
(e.g., door or door frame) using the included screws.
Before mounting, remove the device's PCB to facilitate wiring and
installation.
