AJAX MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller Wireless Motion Sensor (White)
Jeweller's wireless MotionCam (PhOD) motion sensor notifies the owner of
the first signs of a home or office intrusion.
After an immediate alarm, the sensor will send an animated series of photos to
assess the situation.
The sensor is mounted to the wall in front of the door or other location where
intruders might enter.
FEATURES:
- Adjustable image resolution
- Photo verification in 9 seconds without invading privacy

- IR illumination for photos in the dark
- Pet immunity: up to 20 kg / up to 50 cm
- Remote configuration and control
- Hassle-free installation
- Notifications with a large amount of data
- Up to 4 years of operation on included batteries
- Temperature compensation - effective detection in low and high
temperatures
Intelligence to protect against false alarms
We have combined special
optical systems with a software filter to detect false alarms from motion
sensors. Together with professional installation, this ensures high detection
accuracy.
- The sensor immediately detects the movement of a person in the protected
area.
- Specially designed Fresnel lenses allow for the most readable thermal
diagram.
- The SmartDetect software algorithm filters out false alarms.
Special lens.
The arrangement of the Fresnel lens sections is designed
so that the diagrams of infrared radiation from humans, animals, and thermal
noise differ significantly.
Large lens sections capture radiation at the level of an adult's head and
torso. Smaller elements make the diagram more detailed.
MotionCam lenses provide the sensor with precise information about the thermal
object in the detection zone and the nature of its movement.
Thermal Interference Filter
The sensor continuously analyzes the
thermal diagram from the sensor: infrared radiation intensity, heat spot size,
movement speed, time spent in the detection zone, and other parameters.
Ajax engineers analyzed thousands of cases of infrared sensor activation by
people, animals, and thermal interference, and then developed SmartDetect.
The software algorithm instantly and accurately identifies false alarm markers.
This allows the sensor to accurately respond to people and avoid disturbing the
user with false alarms.
Temperature Compensation
Temperature compensation is a software
mechanism that maintains the contrast of the thermal diagram, even when the
ambient temperature is close to human body temperature.
Whenever the ambient temperature is measured, the sensor corrects the PIR
sensor data according to a stored coefficient table. The sensor is effective
across the entire operating temperature range.
Sensitivity Level
The sensitivity setting allows the sensor to adapt to
the conditions in a given room, taking into account any thermal disturbances or
the presence of pets. Changing the sensitivity setting affects the markers used
to filter out false alarms.
At low sensitivity, the sensor is less likely to respond, even to an active
animal. At high sensitivity, the sensor triggers an alarm upon detecting any
movement within the detection zone.
Sensitivity can be controlled in the Ajax app both on-site and remotely.

Loved ones and valuables are taken care of
If in doubt, system users
can check what's happening on-site. There's no need to wait for an
alarm. Simply open the app, select a sensor, and see the situation in the home
within seconds.
Fewer false calls to the fire department
According to statistics,
nearly half of fire alarms are false. Visual verification of fire alarms is
already a common practice worldwide.
MotionCam automatically takes photos of rooms when FireProtect or FireProtect
Plus detectors are triggered.
The fire department monitoring station can receive the photos and assess the
situation within seconds.
Less worry
Up to 70% of false alarms occur when disarming the alarm
system.
With MotionCam, system users and monitoring company operators can verify in
seconds whether the alarm is real and respond appropriately.
Increased security
Both system users and the emergency response team
must have a clear understanding of what's happening at the scene in the
event of an alarm.
MotionCam shows how many intruders are armed and whether they are still in the
room.
This helps security patrols prepare and users avoid danger.
Evidence on Your Smartphone
A series of animated photos provides law
enforcement with descriptions of intruders without wasting time. Thanks to
infrared illumination, the MotionCam can capture them even in complete
darkness.
The chances of catching burglars red-handed increase.
Privacy is a Top Priority
MotionCam is designed for security, not
privacy. Images are protected from prying eyes at the sensor, system, and
software levels.
