AJAX MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller Outdoor Wireless Motion Sensor
The MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller is a wireless, outdoor motion sensor with a
built-in camera.
Photos are taken only when motion is detected. The MotionCam Outdoor gives
users and security agencies the ability to quickly and securely photo-verify
alarms. The sensor detects motion up to 15 meters away, is equipped with
anti-masking protection, and ignores animals.
The MotionCam Outdoor operates as part of the Ajax alarm system, connecting to
the hub using encrypted Jeweller and Wings wireless protocols.

Thanks to the combination of superior
optics, a fast processor, and advanced software algorithms, the MotionCam
Outdoor captures clear images in any weather, day or night.
An outdoor camera often needs to take photos in difficult lighting conditions.
Direct sunlight, reflective surfaces, or street lamps can blind the camera,
skimping on important details.
This is unacceptable for a security device. We faced the challenge of obtaining
a clear and sharp image that allows us to confirm an intrusion within seconds,
allowing the security agency to respond in a timely manner.
Quality makes a difference
We rejected plastic optics to create a
waterproof lens made of glass and metal.
The wide-angle lens covers the entire protected area, revealing a complete
picture of what's happening.
In bright light, an infrared filter is automatically applied, ensuring
distortion-free color reproduction, while two bright infrared LEDs help you
spot intruders even in complete darkness.
HDR
To capture a single photo, the MotionCam Outdoor takes two
successive shots with long and short exposures.
The processor instantly combines the two shots, balancing the light and dark
areas, and then compresses the resulting image to increase transfer speed.
Thanks to HDR, the sensor uses less intense IR illumination at night and saves
battery life.
Intelligent False Alarm Filter
MotionCam Outdoor is equipped with two
independent PIR sensors, whose signals are analyzed by a two-stage LISA
algorithm.
When both sensors detect motion, LISA performs correlation and spectral
analysis of the signals, allowing you to instantly distinguish real threats
from interference.
Correlation Analysis
When MotionCam Outdoor detects motion, LISA
analyzes and compares the signal waveforms from the two sensors in real time.
If they are similar, an alarm is triggered.
Spectral Analysis
When both sensors detect motion, but correlation
analysis does not reveal sufficient similarity, LISA compares the frequency
components of the signals from both sensors.
Multi-level tamper protection
The MotionCam Outdoor device cannot be
silently disabled, even if the system is disarmed. The sensor is equipped with
masking sensors that respond to covering, masking, or painting the lens.
The Hub takes less than a minute to detect a loss of communication with the
sensor and notify the central monitoring station and users of the problem.
Removing the MotionCam Outdoor will be detected immediately.

Effective protection in any weather
MotionCam Outdoor can operate in
temperatures up to +60°C and withstands frost down to -25°C. To protect the
anti-masking system sensors from rain and snow, we've designed a special
canopy.

Uncompromisingly reliable communication
MotionCam Outdoor
simultaneously uses two secure radio protocols: Jeweller and Wings. They
operate independently, each focused on its own function.
Jeweller transmits alerts within 0.15 seconds, and thanks to Wings, the first
photo of the incident scene is available in the mobile app in under 9 seconds.
The radio signal range is sufficient to install the sensor where it will be
most effective. A battery life of up to 3 years eliminates the need for
frequent replacement.
