The DualCurtain Outdoor Jeweller monitors the area without creating any
obstructions for those inside.
Two independent optical systems with narrow fields of view and flexible
settings allow for precise adjustment of the 30-meter detection range,
eliminating potential sources of false alarms.
Unique ELSA software responds to intruders by eliminating triggers such as
natural disturbances or pets.

Detection
Two optical systems with narrow fields of view are located on
the sides of the sensor, each equipped with two PIR sensors. Temperature
compensation ensures accurate detection.
Sensor signals are analyzed by our new ELSA digital algorithm. The sensor only
triggers an alarm when two sensors in the same optical system detect human
movement simultaneously.
Close-area effectiveness
DualCurtain Outdoor utilizes a unique
technology among outdoor curtain motion sensors to expand the protected area.
When the close-area detection function is enabled, the sensor's top PIR
sensor receives an additional narrow field of view directed downward at a
40-degree angle to the main field.
This function allows both sensors to detect motion when a person enters the
protected area near the sensor housing, solving the blind spot problem—a common
limitation of this type of sensor.
Close-area detection is used to protect windows and other passageways that
animals cannot access. Proximity to the detection zones significantly reduces
the effectiveness of animal immunity.
Close-range detection technology is supported by both DualCurtain Outdoor
optics.

The detection range of both optics
is independently adjustable.
This allows for precise positioning of the DualCurtain Outdoor's protected
area and avoids false alarms caused by swaying bushes or people walking on a
public sidewalk.
To prevent the sensor's field of view from being blocked by a column or
pipe on a facade, the optics can be moved horizontally. Sensitivity can be
adjusted or the selected optics can be deactivated via the mobile app.
Comprehensive tamper protection
DualCurtain Outdoor has an anti-masking
system that warns within 180 seconds if the sensor's field of view is
blocked.

The sensor also features a tamper detection feature that immediately notifies
you if the DualCurtain Outdoor is disconnected from the surface.
The system detects a loss of communication with the sensor in less than a
minute.
Intuitive setup and installation
The DualCurtain Outdoor system's
connection and configuration process saves you a lot of time.
To add the sensor to the system, simply scan the QR code using the Ajax mobile
app and assign a name and room.
Configure the device in the mobile app in real time while testing detection
zones and communication. If necessary, you can remotely disable or change the
sensor's system parameters without the need for service visits.
