Double glass canopy system

The system works very well when mounting large glass panes. The set is designed for mounting glass with a thickness of 8 to 16 mm. The glass does not touch the clamp directly but is protected by pressure rubbers included in the set, which additionally press the pane so that it stays in the right place.

Entrances to hotels or public buildings are usually very prestigious and wide, and a suitably large glass canopy must be mounted over them. In such cases at least two panes are used. To join them in an attractive way, a double glass canopy system was created, with which two panes can be joined using a single clamp.

The element has a concealed hole for fixing to the wall, giving the whole a more attractive look. An additional mounting plate can also be used if larger holes need to be drilled (e.g. because of the thickness of the polystyrene insulation in the building wall). This makes the set extremely versatile and allows canopies to be mounted on different types of buildings.

Glass canopies serve both an aesthetic and a practical function – they protect against precipitation. The glass pane the canopy is made of makes the structure look lighter.

The set includes:

• double glass-tie rod connector,
• tie rod-wall connector.

The set does not include: glass panes, tie rods, or any other elements not listed in the contents of the set but visible in the photos.
