Glass canopy system for mounting glass with a thickness of 8 to 17.52 mm
The glass does not touch the clamp directly – it is protected by pressure rubbers, included in the set, which additionally press the pane so that it stays in the right place.
A suitable tie rod with an M10 thread must be chosen for the set – in our range it comes in three sizes: 1 m, 1.2 m and 1.5 m, and is a rod made of stainless steel.
The tie rod is anchored in the facade and then tightened until the glass canopy reaches the right position, to hold it as firmly as possible. The set of three elements made of AISI 304 stainless steel has a satin surface.
Proper securing of the canopy is the basis of safety, which is why we recommend a three-piece system for mounting glass canopies, consisting of connectors: wall-glass, glass-tie rod, tie rod-wall to stabilize the pane. The system is intended for mounting glass canopies on residential buildings and public buildings.
The set elements have a concealed hole for fixing to the wall, which gives the whole an attractive look. If larger holes need to be drilled (e.g. because of the thickness of the polystyrene insulation in the building wall), an additional mounting plate can also be used. This makes the set extremely versatile and allows canopies to be mounted on different types of buildings.
Glass canopies serve both an aesthetic and a practical function: they protect against precipitation. The glass pane the canopy is made of gives the structure a sense of lightness.

- glass-tie rod connector with a set of pressure rubbers,

The set does not include: glass panes, tie rods or any other elements not listed in the contents of the set.
