Balustrade external corner post 45x45x1283 mm - KR7500, Kozza

The Kozza KR7500 is an aluminum external corner post with a 45×45 mm section, designed for balustrades with 8.72 mm laminated glass. Its design was created for stable and attractive glass support at the corners of balconies, terraces or stairs. The dark gray version (RAL 7021, powder coating) creates a consistent transition between balustrade lines, giving the whole a modern and elegant character. It works equally well in residential construction and in prestigious commercial projects.

Check the post specifications:

• post variant: external corner — designed for stable support of glass at an angle, ideal for the corners of balconies and terraces
• dimensions 45×45×1283 mm, suited for installation in standard balustrade layouts, guarantee precise fitting with the glass and the profile line
• dedicated glass thickness: 8.72 mm —the KR7500 series design was prepared exclusively for this thickness, which eliminates the risk of incorrect installation
• material: aluminum — light, yet resistant to corrosion and loads, which ensures many years of durability of the element in outdoor conditions
• profile section: 45×45 mm — guarantees adequate rigidity and stability even in critical corner locations
• fixing: side — allows the glass to run along the edge of the slab, leaving the usable surface of the balcony or stairs free
• tests and certificates — the manufacturer provides a section with certificates and test reports, confirming attention to strength parameters
• finish: dark gray RAL 7021 (powder coating) — an attractive, weather-resistant coating ensures a lasting and modern look
• confirmed strength — static tests and certificates are proof of the product's safety and compliance with building requirements

Safety backed by tests

KR7500 series corner posts have undergone strength tests that confirm their stability and compliance with safety standards. Certificates give assurance that the element will meet the demands of everyday use and of critical moments when the structure is exposed to higher loads. As a result, you can have full confidence in the parameters and build quality.

Stable corners and consistent aesthetics

The KR7500 corner post enables attractive and durable balustrade turns in which the glass is guided evenly and without deformation. The solution eliminates the need for additional reinforcing profiles at the corners, keeping the structure light. The side fixing tidies the edge line, and the dark gray RAL 7021 finish gives the whole a modern look that blends perfectly with various facade materials. It is a practical and attractive choice for projects requiring harmony of form and functionality.
