PSG A04.KE100.110.50.7021 U-profile corner for frameless glass balustrades KE100, dark gray, 90°, outer, top-mounted (aluminum, flat system, painted)

U-type corner profile for frameless glass balustrades 90° – outer, Kozza, KE 100 series

The outer U-type profile for frameless glass balustrades from the KE 100 series closes the corner at a 90° angle, keeping the glass and profile lines in one plane. Top mounting suits the flat system and allows convenient work on the finished floor, also in renovation projects. EN AW 6063 aluminum and a refined geometry guarantee rigidity and good looks. The dark gray version blends well with modern window and door joinery and facades.

Get to know the product's features:

• angle: 90° (outer corner) – creates a precise, convex corner of the balustrade, so the glass panes meet at a full right angle without a step
• length and width: 197 mm each – equal arms provide symmetrical glass support and convenient layout of the anchors on both sides of the corner
• height: 110 mm – height matching the KE 100 straight profiles, giving a consistent look and repeatable load capacity along the entire run
• mounting: top-mounted – the solution favors quick installation and keeping a clean, “flat” line at the edge of the balcony slab or floor slab
• material: EN AW 6063 aluminum – the alloy used in the KE 100 system offers a favorable weight-to-stiffness ratio and corrosion resistance after appropriate finishing
• system: flat (KE 100) – the corner works with KE 100 series U-profiles and gasket/wedge sets for laminated glass, which simplifies the selection of components within one standard

Aesthetics matched to modern architecture

The dark gray finish of the profile emphasizes the minimalist character of frameless glass balustrades, which are often a key element of modern residential and commercial buildings. The neutral color suits both aluminum window joinery and facades in shades of architectural concrete or wood, creating a consistent and elegant visual effect. As a result, the KE 100 corner meets not only technical requirements but also the high aesthetic expectations of investors and designers.
