Balustrade connector for round aluminum handrail — dia. 40 mm, 180°, Kozza

The Kozza balustrade connector is a practical mounting element that lets you attractively and stably connect an O40 mm round aluminum handrail to glass in balustrade systems. Thanks to the 180° design, the connector “embraces” the handrail, creating a consistent finish and making it easier to build a modern glass balustrade – both at home and in commercial buildings.

Check the connector's features:

• fits O40 mm handrail: the precise radius (R20) matches a diameter of 40 mm, which means the element sits securely on round handrails
• 180° angle: the half-embracing design provides a clean, minimalist effect and easy installation without “overloading” the details
• for glass 12–13.52 mm: the connector is designed to work with popular glass thicknesses used in balustrades
• thoughtful geometry: the difference in radii visible in the drawing (including R18.5 and R17) creates suitable stepping, supporting stable seating and attractive guidance of the handrail
• Kozza brand: a product designed as a component for balustrade systems – focused on fit, repeatability and a professional result

Attractive finish, secure fit

If you want a balustrade that looks light and modern, yet is refined in the details, this connector is the right choice. The fit for O40 mm, the 180° form and the intended use for glass 12–13.52 mm make the element “close” the project into a cohesive whole: the handrail sits evenly, the whole looks professional, and installation goes predictably. It is a small component that makes a big difference to the final look of the balustrade.
