PSG 61.223.02 Decorative angle hinge with pin 400x650 set for one door leaf


A set of aesthetically made decorative angle hinges, designed for mounting large doors (especially in farm buildings), wickets and gates. The hinge is 400x650 mm in size with a 16 mm diameter pin. The width of the flat bar is 50 mm, and the thickness of the sheet metal is 5 mm.

COATING:

The hinges are covered with a very strong and durable primer used in the automotive industry. They are covered with a paint coating applied using the cataphoresis method - BASF technology. After applying the paint, the elements were fired at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
Before painting, the products were thoroughly cleaned to ensure the greatest possible adhesion and the highest quality of anti-corrosion protection - HENKEL technology was used.
