Carriage kit 60.003 for cantilever sliding gates with accessories

The kit contains a complete set of elements needed to build the running and end-catching system of a cantilever sliding gate based on an 80 × 80 × 5 mm rail. It includes two 60.003 carriages, an end roller with end cap 60.011.80 and an end catcher 60.019. The elements ensure smooth guidance of the gate, its proper support and stabilization of the leaf in the closed position. The kit is suitable both for building a new gate and for replacing worn parts of an existing running system.

Stable gate closing and reduced load on the carriages

When the gate is closed, the end roller enters between the rollers of bracket 60.019 mounted to the post, so the leaf is effectively guided and stabilized in its final position. The bracket takes over part of the load of the closed gate, reducing the pressure constantly acting on the carriages. Two plastic rollers make it easier to guide the end roller in correctly, even with slight deviations in the path of the leaf. The rubber buffer additionally cushions the contact during closing and reduces impacts between metal parts. This solution improves the stability of the entire structure and can reduce wear of the running gear over many years of gate use.
