FEATURES:

  • The trolley is made of black steel and galvanized
  • It is equipped with a running gear consisting of eight steel rollers, arranged on two running levels
  • 6201 RS ball bearings are used in the rolling gear

  • The 60.068 trolley is intended for use only with the 60.068.ZN guide rail

Advantages of the trolley:

  • Oblique forces acting on the bearings have been eliminated, which in effect extends the trolley's service life and ensures much quieter operation, increasing its reliability
  • The lower and upper rows of wheels in the carriage work alternately during the opening and closing of the gate, making the individual wheel assemblies used twice as less than in the 5-roller carriage, which ultimately increases its reliability
  • The carriage is adjusted on the foundation anchors by placing M16 / ø 50 mm widened washers (DIN 9021). In case of leveling larger deviations, e.g. leveling the foundation, screw nuts with ø 50 washer onto the anchors and mount the trolley
