The latest version of the electronics features updated firmware, improved overload detection characteristics (amperometric sensing), and enhanced native compatibility with new accessories in the Nice ecosystem (e.g., OXIBD receivers and Smart Home systems). Designed for intensive use, the built-in control unit meets the requirements of parking, industrial, and residential installations.

KEY FEATURES OF NICE BARRIERS

DURABILITY AND RELIABILITY
Steel structure, robust balancing springs, and elliptical-profile arms resistant to strong winds.

HIGH VISIBILITY
A distinctive orange color, optional LED lighting in the unit housing and warning lights on the arm (optional), support for traffic lights, and the option to apply warning decals ensure the NICE barrier cannot be overlooked.

SAFETY
Photocells can be mounted on the central unit housing using special optional brackets to protect the area directly beneath the moving barrier arm. During operation, the control unit monitors motor current draw; if an obstacle is detected, it instantly halts movement and executes a programmed response (e.g., reversal, partial reversal, or stop). Optionally, the arm can be fitted with red rubber protective strips or a resistive safety edge (8.2 kOhm).

ENERGY-EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS READY FOR OPERATION – POWER SUPPLY

The drive is powered by 230V as standard. The optional SOLEMYO system can also be used. The optional PS224 battery provides backup power during outages, ensuring the barrier remains operational. When idle, the control unit minimizes energy consumption by switching to "Standby" mode.

PROGRAMMING AND MAINTENANCE
Separate housing compartments for the electronics and mechanical components significantly simplify drive maintenance. The control unit is located in the upper section of the barrier, providing the installer with easy access to settings and connectors.
A self-diagnosis function detects operational faults and indicates the specific error type via flashing light signals.
