NICE FGSD-002 ZW5 Smoke-Control Smoke and temperature sensor

Smoke-Control is a universal, battery-powered, optical smoke detector, compatible with the Z-Wave PlusTM standard. It has been designed to be placed on the ceiling or wall (min. 40 cm from the corner).

Smoke detection is indicated by a sound signal, LED flashing and appropriate information sent to the Z-Wave network. If the smoke detector detects a dangerous situation, it can trigger an alarm scenario. In this case, the user will immediately receive an alert on their phone, regardless of where they are. The device has a built-in temperature sensor that can trigger an alarm in the presence of high temperature.
The smoke alarm is signaled acoustically, by blinking the LED and by sending control commands to Z-WaveTM network elements. Moreover, the device can warn about exceeding a certain temperature threshold thanks to the built-in sensor.
