The bollard features a fully retractable 275mm diameter cylinder that recesses
flat into the ground. Designed for securing high-traffic areas requiring a high
level of security against lock breakage, such as shopping malls, banks, car
showrooms, etc. Ideal as an access control tool for residential areas,
commercial complexes, and industrial complexes.
The scratch-resistant cylinder is made of cataphoretically treated steel and
polyester powder coated in REL 7016. The bollard's construction is
scratch-resistant, the foundation casing is fully hot-dip galvanized, and the
internal structure is electrolytically galvanized.
The two-stroke oil-hydraulic cylinder is located inside the post, which is
maintained at a depth of 40 cm.
A hydraulic lock holds the post column in the extended position (standard) and
allows for emergency manual lowering using the key supplied with the device. A
solenoid valve (available as an option) automatically lowers the post in the
event of a power failure. An obstacle sensor prevents the post from extending
if an obstacle is detected above it. A heater enables the post to operate at
low temperatures (-40°C).
EASY ACCESS TO HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS
The convenient location of the hydraulic unit and the hydraulic cylinder piston
located inside the post facilitate maintenance and shorten service time. This
provides better protection for components, which reduces rust development and
provides protection against other factors that can degrade the device.
