The bollard features a fully retractable 275mm diameter cylinder that recesses
flat into the ground. Designed for access control in residential areas and
areas with high daily traffic, such as shopping centers, industrial complexes,
and urban areas.
The scratch-resistant cylinder is made of cataphoretically treated steel, while
the movable cylinder is made of brushed AISI 316 stainless steel. The
bollard's structure is scratch-resistant, the foundation casing is fully
hot-dip galvanized, and the internal structure is electrolytically galvanized.
The two-stroke oil-hydraulic cylinder is located inside the bollard, which is
maintained at a depth of 20 cm.
It features two limit switches (one for the post in the raised position and one
for the post in the lowered position), a rubber seal on the post cover,
integrated LED warning lights (12 built-in LEDs), and a release key with a
triangular socket.
The hydraulic unit was designed with two main goals in mind: reliability and
functionality.
The post is supplied pre-wired, and all internal electrical connections are
factory-made in a waterproof junction box, equipped with an IP 67 quick-connect
connector. This innovative solution allows for the complete wiring of the post
in the easiest and simplest way, as only one cable needs to be run. Similarly,
if the post needs to be removed or serviced, the power cable can be easily
disconnected from the connector.
EASY ACCESS TO HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS
The convenient location of the hydraulic unit and the hydraulic cylinder piston
located inside the post facilitate maintenance work and shorten service time.
This ensures better protection of the components, reducing rust growth and
providing protection against other factors that affect the device's
degradation.
