MEC 800 SPECIAL 230V oil-hydraulic actuator for swing gates up to 1200 kg and
with a leaf length of up to 10 m. For industrial use.
ATTENTION! MEC 800 SPECIAL actuator for external mounting
without a motor pump, the pump must be purchased separately.
POWERFUL
Effective for moving large-sized leaves, doors, gates and
hatches (including those with a solid surface) without limiting the number of
performed cycles.
COMPLETE
Available rod stroke up to 1000 mm. Hydraulic slowdown
(self-locking) in opening/closing phase (optional). Possibility to mount two
pistons on one leaf thanks to the hydraulic control unit with double tank.
RELIABLE

SELF-LOCKING DEVICE
Hydraulic cylinder with self-locking device that
slows down the movement of the gate leaf, operating, depending on the model, in
the opening, closing or both phases. Electromechanical actuator equipped with
an electronic brake and a slowing system during the opening and closing of the
gate leaf
BIDIRECTIONAL HYDRAULIC LOCK
The gate remains locked both in the closed
and open position (when the motor is not running). To manually open or close
the leaf, the actuator must first be unlocked.
REVERSIBLE WITHOUT LOCK
Without hydraulic lock. Manual opening and
closing of the gate leaf is always possible. In this type of installation, an
electric lock or bolt must be used to keep the gate closed.
