DARDO 430 230V 1PH electromechanical actuator with built-in limit switches on
opening and closing for swing gates up to 350 kg and with a leaf length of up
to 2.8 m. For residential use.
ATTENTION! The drive does not include the ELPRO 43 control
unit.
SILENT
230V AC self-locking electromechanical actuator. Mechanism with
a rolled steel screw, brass nut, Teflon gear wheel, cross bearing and
lubricated slide bearing.
EASY TO USE
Unlocking that allows manual opening of the leaf using the
same key that opens the protective housing.
INTUITIVE
Automatic programming of the leaf delay or manual programming
using a simple button located on the ELPRO 43 control unit. Mechanical limit
switches during opening and closing with adjustment on the housing.

Anti-crushing system thanks to the combined action of the encoder
and amperometric obstacle detection, aimed at correct operation of the actuator

Safety device with automatic testing function
Technology for automatic testing of photocells connected to the installation.
If any fault of a given photocell is detected, the installation will stop
functioning until the problem is detected and repaired. This solution
guarantees a high level of safety.
Device with automatic testing function - safety edge strips
Technology for monitoring safety edge strips integrated into the installation
(meets the requirements of EN 12978 and EN 13849-1 standards). The actual
consistency and correct operation of the safety system are constantly monitored
by means of a dedicated and separate microcontroller system installed on the
board. Any failure or loss of efficiency will be signaled by continuous
flashing of the diagnostic light indicators of the safety edge strips.
SELF-LOCKING DEVICE
Hydraulic actuator with self-locking device that
slows down the movement of the gate leaf, depending on the model, in the
opening, closing or both phases. Electromechanical actuator equipped with an
electronic brake and a slowing system during the opening and closing of the
gate leaf.
RT DATA
Real-time control system capable of reacting quickly to any
possible external events (weather conditions, temperature, mechanical friction,
etc.) that could compromise the correct operation of the installation.
The speed of data processing by the microprocessor allows the control unit to
increase the pressure force (engine torque) in order to correctly close and
open the gate leaf while maintaining safety conditions. This real-time reading
process has been designed to provide effective support to the installer during
the adjustment of the installation.
