Fadini 394DXL APROLI Right-hand hydraulic actuator for folding gates
Aproli 394DXL is an oil-hydraulic drive designed for mounting on doors,
equipped with a sliding arm made of galvanized steel, designed to open and
close single or double folding gates and industrial doors mounted on sliding
guides.
The 394DXL drive is a manual, right-hand unit.
The oil-hydraulic technology ensures reliability, smooth movements, adjustable
thrust using pressure valves and the possibility of adapting to most doors of
the indicated type (max. weight 250 kg).
The actuator is easy to mount using a bracket made of galvanized steel and
fastened with expansion bolts, and the drive unit itself, made of galvanized
steel and aluminum, is designed to fit and be fastened with bolts.
The drive shaft is made of hardened steel to ensure reliability and longer
life. The movement arm system consists of a rod inserted into a tubular
housing, both made of galvanized steel. This operator is double locked and
equipped with a hydraulic valve to lock the door in both directions.
In order for the Aproli 394DXL to be operated electrically, it is necessary to
connect to it an electronic control board type Elpro 27 and place it in a
sheltered location, which will allow all pre-set operations to be performed in
automatic or semi-automatic mode.
A range of accessories can be connected to ensure safety and correct operation,
and turn this operator into the most versatile unit, able to meet both public
and private requirements.
Pressure adjustment to minimum and maximum values, as well as manual
release, are possible thanks to the valve system.
