Faac D700HS Garage door actuator


The D700HS electromechanical drive with a 24V motor is designed for garage and sectional doors. It features a built-in E700 HS control unit, an encoder, an internal unlocking mechanism, and a courtesy light. The drive is self-locking, so the door locks mechanically when the motor stops. A lock is therefore not necessary. Two release rods are available, one from the inside and one from the outside (optional), which allow you to unlock the door in the event of a power failure or power outage. The drive is equipped with an electronic sensor that detects the presence of an obstacle blocking the door's movement.
