Radio system for safety edges and complies with the EN 13849-1 PL "d" standard and category 2 of the EN 12978 standard.

The radio system consists of an XRS 868 radio receiver that can connect to XTS 868 transmitters, to which up to two 8.2 kΩ resistive edges or NC (break) contact edges can be connected.

Each XRS 868 radio receiver can connect to a maximum of 6 XTS868 transmitters, i.e. allowing the automation system to be protected by up to 12 safety edges. The XRS 868 receiver enables cable connection to standard control units equipped with NC (Normally Closed) or 8.2 kΩ (Resistive) type safety inputs or to FAAC control units equipped with the 2EASY bus, using only a two-wire cable.
